J Bar Chili Rajas

These are great by themselves, on steaks or in quesadillas

Ingredients

Yield: 1 1/2 Cups

2 - Poblano Chiles, roasted, seeded and peeled
2 - Anaheim Chiles, roasted, seeded and peeled
1 - Red Bell Peppers, sliced julienne
1 - Yellow Onions, sliced julienne
1 oz - Soy Sauce
Freshly Ground Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut chiles into 2 inch wide, lengthwise strips.
  2. Sweat onions in oil, add chiles and soy sauce.
  3. Sauté 3 minutes. Season with pepper as needed.
