The Janos Wine Program
We place as much emphasis on our wine program as we do our cuisine. Over the years we have developed a list and cellar that has been recognized for excellence by the Wine Spectator and Sante Magazine. Philosophically, our wine program is designed to offer wines which compliment our cuisine from all the major wine producing regions of the world. Temperature and humidity controlled storage facilities hold a collection of almost 12,000 bottles and our list contains over 900 selections. We honor the classics and are proud of our selection of first growth Bordeaux and verticals from Domaine de la Romanee Conti. However, the strength of our list and our source of great pleasure is discovering the small, artisan winemakers whose passion drives them to make hand crafted wines which represent the pinnacle of their profession. Our list contains many rare and hard to find wines which we consider treasures and not available elsewhere in Arizona. We also have extensive holdings of boutique California wines including Williams-Selyem, Turley, Dalla Valle, Harlan Estate and Araujo Estate.

Providing value is another tenet of our wine philosophy. While we offer a considerable selection of expensive wines for the connoisseur, we currently offer nearly 150 wines $50.00 and less per bottle. Our cellaring program is designed to buy wines of good vintages at reasonable prices to lay down and age so that we can offer you wines that are drinking well at good prices.

Wines by the Glass:
Each night we make available at least 20 wines to pour by the glass at a variety of prices. Our list changes frequently and is designed to allow you to match excellent wines to your meal without having to buy full bottles. Kevin Leeser, our Sommelier, will also match wines to our nightly tasting menu creating pairings to show the food and wine at their best.
