Proscuitto Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Whole Roasted Almonds, Cabrales and Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
Yield: 40 Dates
40 - half slices of Porscuitto di Parma or Proscuitto San Daniello
40 - whole roasted almonds
2 Cups - Cabrales
40 - large, whole pitted dates
2 TBSP - olive oil
2 oz - balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Stuff each date with an almond and about a 1/2 teaspoon of cabrales.
  2. Wrap with half slice of proscuitto.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in 400 degree oven about 10 minutes until the proscuitto begins to crisp and cheese begins to melt.
  4. Remove from oven, place on serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
